Established robust cost reporting and forecast cost-to-completion system across all projects that adopted by IFAHR in the African & Indian Ocean region. Developments included:

o Souq Residences Palm Jumeirah, Dubai - 10 buildings, 860 freehold apartments and commercial space final account under AED 1.2 Billion budget. Retail component expanded to maximise potential rental income. Resolved the Main Contractor’s claims arising from multiple Client changes, determining dominant relevant events and negotiated its acceptance.
o Fairmont Residences Palm Jumeirah, Dubai - 2 buildings 640 apartments completed under budget and to high quality standard; rezoned application that maximized development rights.
o Fairmont Hotel Palm Jumeirah, Dubai - 380 key 5 star hotel, space planning critique resulted in AED 42M saving by consolidating guestroom mix, removing the dedicated mechanical electrical floor and improved project feasibility.
o Kingdom of Sheba Balqis Residence and Heritage Place Palm Jumeirah, Dubai - negotiations held in succession with three contractors until the right partnering Main Contractor was found.
o Kingdom of Sheba Hotel and Vacation Club, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai; Hotel room configuration and mix re-planning studies to reduce capital cost.
o Laguna Tower Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, 40 storey tower with 180 key Mövenpick condominium hotel and 307 freehold apartments.
o Al Abadiyah Hills lifestyle residential development, Beirut, Lebanon - structured approach brought to conclude Phase 1 and ensure lessons learnt are applied to Phase 2 hotel apartments.
