I am currently acting PM in Farah Afghanistan on an Afghan Army Base Construction Project . Managed / completed projects upto $200 million in the past 4 years in the middleast including US Embassy Baghdad Iraq / US Naval Base at Djibouti in Africa, US/UK/Afghan Military Bases at Bastion / Dwyer/Farah in Afghanistan .
My Company is closing down operations in Afghanistan shortly hence my application, There is no Phone network at my present location, I can Skype call if required, I will be in Dubai on the 15th August if you wish to meet .
