Worked on the roll out of Unlimited’s client facing online Issue Tracking system with the Technical Director.

Achievement’s.
Planned and implemented office move for a large global travel agent to a green field site, which included managing installation of cabling for both voice and data, organising the implementation of a fibre based internet connection. Installed a new MS Server 2003 which involved migrating data from the redundant SBS 2003 machine and then integrating new server and all workstations to the existing global domain of the parent company. I continue to offer remote support on a day to day basis and I am involved in consultations with senior management on IT based solutions when needed.
A small company had a requirement for the directors to be able access their e-mail at all times, I presented a recommendation to implement push-emails to their smart phones/Blackberry’s and the facility to use “Outlook Web Access” when needed. I installed and configured an MS SBS 2003 machine, prepared the certificates and static IP addresses then installed and trained the users how to use the facility on their handsets.
Developing custom solutions for both Mclagan’s Partners Internal and External Clients.

Achievement’s.
Designed a Client utility that took the paper based data and placed into a database environment, which allowed instant search capabilities and additional reporting facilities. This product was sold and implemented in many of the top financial institution on a global level and made in excess of £300, 000 in one year
Designed a Global SQL Server database running over a WAN offering similar functionality to the client version.
Analysing call volumes and service performance, compiling call and head count forecasts for all Cable & Wireless Call Centres.
Preparing and implementing system solutions by working with Call Centre personnel and interpreting problems and issues.
Defining systems requirements to enhance departmental efficiency.
Providing system support and training to Call Centre personnel ensuring effective use of the systems.
