Project: Sustainable Mixed-Use Development, Msheireb Properties Real Estate (Qatar)

Managed the operation and maintenance for major real-estate developer demolishing an old city, salvaging some significant old
buildings and creating a new sustainable 76 acre community with 100 buildings including commercial, retail, residential spaces as
well as a shopping mall, parkade, school, and museum.
Primary responsibilities: Team Leader, Maintenance (Preventive, Reactive and Emergency), Budgets, Audits, Scope of Works,
Invoices, Building Condition reports, Contracts and Tenders.
Key Achievements:
 Upgrading Head Quarters LEED gold Certificate to LEED platinum by obtaining additional credentials through LEED O+M.
 Achieved 20% contract cost reduction by reviewing operational needs (2018)
 Achieved 30% cost reduction by tendering main services and directly managing services (2019)
 Received certificate of appreciation for successful opening of the site museums.

Project: Commercial and Retail Mall, Johnson Controls Inc. (Qatar)

Managed the operation and maintenance for 400 commercial and retail shopping mall with popular stores such as H&M, Virgin,
Zara, Apple, Tim Horton’s, Gap etc. Supervised 25 skilled technicians and supervisors as well as hard, soft and specialist service
providers. Worked on project budgets, scope of work, service delivery, invoices, and contracts.
Key Achievements:
 Achieved 20% contract cost reduction by tendering security services and reviewing operational needs (2011)
 Received regional JCI Merit Award for customer satisfaction for mall TBOM team (2012)

Projects: Commercial Towers and Buildings, Operators Qatar W.L.L.
Manager of hard and soft services for commercial high rise buildings in downtown core. Created and implemented preventive
maintenance and asset register for all property systems and equipment (Generators, HVAC, Chillers, MV panels, LV panels,
Elevators, BMS, Firefighting systems, Fire alarm System…etc.)
Key Achievements:
 Received Certificate of Appreciation from Qatar Financial Center Authority for excellence of service.
 Renewing existing contract with the client and securing additional tower for operation.
