Reporting to the Chair of Mechanical Department
Updating him on daily meetings and other administrative work.
Following up progress reports and action plans from Directors, Deans and Chairs.
Filing all necessary and confidential letters/documents
Assisting faculties/students on their queries (academic/contract/others concern) etc.
Sending and receiving calls/emails from other departments
Reporting to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Assisting him on managing his itinerary or planner (daily, weekly and monthly)
Supervising daily sales order to all concerned.
Assisting Manager in his daily work.
Following up all orders (processed and not).
Generating reports such as daily, weekly, monthly and yearly statistics of sales using Microsoft Excel Pivot table and Pivot Chart and submitting to all Brand Managers and customers.
Preparing progress report chart using Microsoft Excel as required on weekly meeting.
Filing all necessary and confidential letters/documents.
Handling all returns (damaged/good) products and making the necessary documents.
Managing the office supplies and other needed facilities for the unit such as stationaries, fixed assets and requested items for work.
Arranging travel bookings for all staffs.
Replying to all customers with queries via email using Microsoft Outlook.
