Planned and built the school on paper, proposing the number of classes to build,
the type and the number of staff we would recruit and the affiliation we would
seek. Engineered the Academic plan and submitted it to the MOEfor approval. I
was successful in starting City school in Ajman. The school started with a record of
937 students on the first day and crossed 1200 in the first year in operation.

I engineered the Academic plan and
obtained approval from the KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development
Authority). After getting the entire school staff ready, we started with a record of
200 students on the first day and doubled to 400 over the first year. After two
years in operation we doubled again admitting 800+ students.

Leading a co-educational school for children of expatriates working in Nigeria.
• Since my taking over, the student strength increased due to my professional approach in running the school. Parents who had their children in other schools, admitted their children in this school.
• The Managing Director of Indorama was very impressed with my work in The Indian Language School and requested me to open an International School.
• I took on the challenge of opening an International school belonging to the Lohia Group.
• I visited Delhi and met Mr. Neil O’Brien, Mr. Gerry Arathoon and Mr. Mohan Chandran for affiliation to the I.C.S.E Board for the Indorama International School and also met Mr. M. C. Sharma, Controller of Examinations, CBSE to seek affiliation to the C.B.S.E Board for The Indian Language School.
• I did campus interviews with the TTC students of Mt. Hermon Teachers Training College, Darjeeling where I interviewed candidates for the 2008 session and had also placed an advertisement in the ‘Telegraph’ and interviewed teachers in Kolkata on 1st and 2nd May, 2007 for the new session.
• I encouraged staff to uphold traditional values but at the same time, introduce modern methods of teaching at the Indian Language School.
