Handling orientation for new employees.
Deputed to oversee on all employees (Staff & Faculty) contract renewal
Maintain and administer employee files and personnel data and HR filing system;
Day-to-day administrative functions and coordination of HR related matters;
Processing employee leave applications;
Assisting with faculty and employee relations;
Assist in employee performance evaluation process, reclassification and promotion;
Responds to inquiries by gathering information and composing correspondence;
Compensation and employee benefits administration (separation, end of service award, educational allowances, medical reimbursement and leaves applications) and record keeping;
Assist in the overall HR functions;
Performs related duties as required.
Performs repetitive and routine clerical task.
Sorts, indexes and files correspondence, records and other documents.
Checks and verifies communication on forms and other records.
Files letters and communication and routine endorsement.
Does on simple posting figures on record forms.
Meet public and answers questions about places, events or personnel.
Receive payment of the student’s tuition fees.
Keeps time records of employees and may have supervision over clerical aides of messengers.

Prepares effective lesson plan.
Prepares visual aids and other devices for instructions.
Introduce the function of software, hardware and peripherals of a computer.
Keeps parents informed on students’ progress.
Implement house rules and policies in computer laboratory room.
Attends and participates in in-service education training and faculty meetings.
Executes the administration’s school policies designed for the welfare of the students.
Conducts guidance services to the students.
Occasionally does messengerial and clerical work.
Assist in the preparation of training and/or conference room.
Data encoding, assist in sorting, binding and disseminating printed materials.
Filing important documents to the employees file in HR Dept.
