1. To prepares project design concept for Mechanical System (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection System). \n2. Prepares HVAC design, cooling load estimates and calculations. \n3. 1. Design the HVAC system and prepares the building cooling load calculation. \n2. Drafting of HVAC system using Autocad or Microstation programs. \n3. Prepares 3D Modeling for building mechanical system using PDS program. \n4. Coordination of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system. \n5. Prepares the Material Take-Off (MTO) for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system. \n6. Reviewed and checked the Building Mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing) documents and drawings submitted by subcontractor
1. Monitor and check the Production, Quality & Schedule of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection System for Building Mechanical Works at site. \n2. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports for Building Mechanical System. \n3. Site inspections for Building Mechanical System. \n4. Implement safety precautions at site. \n5. Attend coordination meeting.

Passed Master Plumber Licensure Examination (6th Placer)
