Project Management of Enterprise Software Systems development and implementation (Full SDLC: requirements, design, development, implementation):
o Jan 2016 to Jan 2017 - Project Manager for an International 12 month customer engagement in Oman, Gulf region, for a complex bespoke Enterprise Management Information System development, integration (existing systems/APIs) and implementation project - hybrid use of Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
