Oversee the whole procurement process for materials and services including logistic and warehousing by managing the team of 16 people, actively participating in contractual, client and management meetings, working closely with finance team for milestone, invoicing and contractual insurance requirements. Support and assist project management team for budget review and revision and support the proposal team on current market prices for material, manpower and machinery

Works under direct supervision of procurement manager, responsible of purchasing local and overseas construction materials. supervise the entire sourcing process such as market research, sending inquiries, quote analysis, vendor selection and approvals, contract terms and production schedule. support engineering team for planning, costing, material approval request with the client, assist on evaluation required materials and sample order. Serve as the lead negotiator for price, delivery, payment terms and conditions.

In-charge on daily local purchase activities by receiving material requisition, market research, sending inquiry, price comparison, negotiation and recommendation to approval. support finance team by reviewing and approving invoices.

Responsible for inbound/outbound shipment, inspection of materials, storage plan and warehouse management. Supervise all field and warehouse activities such as unloading of container, unpacking, storing, protection of equipment, distribution and inventory. Supervise material coordinators and daily cycle count activities.
