Responsible for serving manpower requirements, administering, managing and supporting HR programs and services covering the areas of Manpower Planning & Review, Recruitment Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
Recruitment
• Implements the Company’s selection and recruitment system to enable the Company to hire and retain highly qualified personnel (Corporate / Pilots / Flight Attendants / Technical Maintenance).
• Designs, implements, and conducts appropriate battery of tests and interviews job applicants.
• Prepares Approval for Employment (AFE), conducts job offers (JOL) to successful applicants for hiring.
• Prepares the Probationary, Regular, and Contractual employment contracts.
• Prepares job vacancy announcements/advertisements for printing with leading newspapers or posting at Bulletin Boards.
• Creates a comparative analysis sheet of qualifications among applicants.
• Gives the successful candidate(s) the pre-employment checklist and endorses candidate(s) to the Medical Services Provider for medical examination.
• Prepares memoranda, announcements, and other internal communications for dissemination.
Payroll
• Preparations of monthly payroll documentations and imports into the Oracle payroll system via spreadsheets completed and approved.
• Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and makes any necessary adjustments. Obtains necessary approvals.
• Works closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files, including manual check log and reconciliation of payroll account.
• Prepare various payroll and management reports, journal entries, workers compensation and reconcile quarterly payroll taxes and the Annual Budget proposal.
• Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Responsible for all administration concerns especially Human Resources and Administrative functions for the organization. Supervision of controlling employment applications by checking applicant’s thru communicating the Agent external. Processing and controlling approved Requisitions for Personnel (External (Non-Saudi) & Internal Hiring (Saudi’s).
Maintain and updating of ERF (Employee Records Files) and the HRIS Human Resources Information System (SAP) and Manpower Complement. Assist in training and orientations of newly hired employees and other activities of HR Training.
Executes human resources support activities. Provides assistance in the areas of employment, salary and benefits administration, employee events, or employee communications. Records data and furnishes reports. Responds to questions about human resources issues, or refers question to appropriate person. Provides general assistance to the Manager and Assistant Manager in the administration of the duties and functions of the Human Resources. Responsible for selection, hiring processes.
Responsible for controlling employment applications by checking applicant’s qualifications against job specification; administer and interprets qualifying tests and recommends those who passed to requisitioning office for final interview; reviews and checks submitted pre-employment document requirements. Processing and controlling approved Requisitions for Personnel (external & Internal Hiring) by gathering and checking employment record and qualifications of personnel seeking transfer based on job specifications; maintaining and update Employees Database and Manpower Complement. Assist in training and orientations of newly hired employees and other activities of HR Training.
Performs the following duties and responsibilities relative to psychological services: Plans, selects and procures psychological measurements materials (various test materials) for recruitment an placement use (for any specified purpose like training and others) and safe keeps and conduct of periodic assessment and inventory of all measurement materials; Dispenses counselling services to employees and/or conducts interview as part of pre or post (personality) testing assessment/validation. Writes and prepare of psychological reports and profiles.
Process and controls varied hiring and recruitment activities for the Company including lateral transfers of employees in order to maintain manpower complement for each office or section. Maintains and up-date 201 files of rank and file employees and inputs updated information regarding changes of employment status and personal data as well as quarterly performance evaluations ratings. Schedules employees seeking for transfer for qualifying examinations, personality appraisal tests, counter-checks and validates information regarding employee records; processes memoranda advising qualified employees and requisitioning office of approved and official data of transfer of employees to fill up requisition.
