Take over the Drillers job whenever need be, in charge of all rig pumps mixing pumps. all mud equipment, take daily work orders from the driller and tool pusher and shear the jobs accordingly to all crew members. Ensure safe work practices on the drill floor and around the rig site, prepare trip sheet during trip operations, supervice the making up and laying down of Bottom Hole Assembly
Relief the Driller as at when due, relief the Derrickman as at when due, in charge of BHA on the rig floor, supervise floorhands, Roustabout, proper measurement of tubular s, in charge of correct pressure testing and proper line-up of choke manifold, line up of stand-pipe manifold and mud pump manifold, prepare trip sheet, proper fill of IADC SHEET, etc
In charge of preparing drilling mud, onload and backload of chemicals and cement, in charge of NOV Mud pumps Assit the Floorhands when necessary
