Review the Contactor’s submitted detailed Baseline Construction Schedule to ensure that all aspects of works from Engineering, Procurement, Mobilization, Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Turn-over are incorporated and align with the Bill of quantities and contract.
Review the contractor’s submitted Histograms, S‐Curves, Cost/ Resource Loading and Look‐ahead Schedules to ensure that the design and forecasting of accomplishment to meet the target milestone are included.
Review & analyzing the critical path of the project and identify if there are probable occurring risk to prevent any possible delay.
Review and track the contractor’s progress update using Value of Work done ( Earned Value Management analysis)
Close tracking of the procurement and delivery schedule specially the long lead items to ensure that it is planned and in accordance with the construction sequence.
Review and recommend to the client for final approval of the contractor’s justification on the claim for extension of time (EOT)
Assisting the client’s intension for fine tuning of Project Management Information Systems.
Conducting ocular site inspection to ensure that the flow of work is in accordance with the project methodology and priorities according to work sequence
Prepare Tender Preliminary schedule including Project Codes, Activity Codes and WBS Codes
Prepare Histograms, S‐Curves, Resource Loading and Look‐ahead Schedules which include the design and forecasting of accomplishment to meet the target milestone.
Reviewing & Analyzing the critical path of the assigned project then recommend solution to avoid delay
Prepare progress update using Earned Value Management

Prepare the required project resources
Review drawings, specifications and commitment dates during tendering stage
Prepare scope of work.
Prepare a level 1 plan and regular updates.

Responsible in construction of pipe slippers, pipe rack for 12” FRP Fresh water lines and 8” cast iron industrial waste line system.
Responsible in Civil works activity for erection of 2.5MGD fresh water tanks.
Responsible in construction of sub-station, control building, cable trenches, duct bunks and direct buried PVC pipes.
