Sales & Retail Operations
♣ Managing shop overall daily activities

Stock Management

♣ Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements
♣ Supervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective action
♣ Constant communication to logistic department
♣ Managing inventory and stocks reports

Marketing
♣ Ensure roll out and implementation of brand promotions
♣ Initiate advertisement of product through social media

Customer Relationship Management
♣ Ensure effective and consistent customer relationship management and customer standards in the store
♣ Ensure implementation of CRM initiatives in the store; maintaining and using the customer database
