DUTIES
Ensure effective control and operation of rides by following safety procedures and regulations.
Addressing of guest complaints and queries.
Motivating fellow staff to provide the best possible service by constantly being professional and following training methods.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by constant communication with park management.

DUTIES
Part of general banking which deals with general enquiries such as card information and account balances.
Dealt with customer complaints and escalated if necessary.
Transferring of calls to relevant department such as vehicle asset finance or home loans.
Assisted with approval of certain loans based on affordability and credit scoring.
Cross-selling products such as credit cards, various loans and saving accounts.

DUTIES
Control filing and ensuring documents are filed to specifications such as reconciliations for damaged products, invoices, statements etc.
Control archiving ensures documents are packed into boxes and labeled.

DUTIES
Assisting Four Credit Controllers with payment allocations for clients such as Shell, Sasol and many other leading brands in the petroleum and chemical industry
Dealing with reconciliations of accounts
Control of clients orders via fax, e-mail as well as telephone communication
Creating and posting of invoices to clients
Interacting with clients to resolve all queries and issues regarding purchases
Mailing statements to clients
File all documents according to specification
