Responsible for the procurement and subcontract management of compound facilities and Base support effort for RAYMES’s Patriot and Hawk Batteries for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense
Total subcontracts responsibility $300+ Million (Contract types: FFP, CPFF, and Time and Material) Service Labor subcontracts
Responsible for the procurement and subcontract management of a multi-million dollar subcontracts with several major suppliers in support of the DOD-War Fighter Focus Program in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan. My roles and responsibilities include the following:
1) Preparation and submittals of RFPs
2) Negotiate major subcontracts
3) Attend and participate on Program Management Teams for status of current programs and new business opportunities
4) Overall subcontract managements

Responsible for several ILS Major Subcontracts in support of the SBInet
Homeland Security Program
Responsible as the Primary point of contact for all Contracts and Subcontract commercial issues on the E-3 AWACS Whole Life Support Program (WLSP) support of the Ministry of Defence.
My Role and Responsibilities include the following:
1) Coordinate and Interface with the MOD for all contracts and commercial issues in support of the E-3 AWACS Whole Life Support Program.
2) Maintains/Review/Incorporate all the WLSP Procurement Policy and
Procedures for the WLSP
3) Provides Subcontract Administration for Northrop Grumman Integrated
Systems (NGIS), AAR, and BAE. This work effort includes:
Process subcontract amendments
Review and approve invoice payments
Process and approve Task Authorization Requests
Review and approve Budget request for NGIS (only)
Submits Request for Proposals for Additional Work Items in support of the
WLSP.
4) Review, Coordinate and Process Purchase Requisitions for IT Support
Requirements for RAF Waddington.
5) Support ITAR Amendments when required.
6) Provide Procurement and Subcontract Management support for Cover MOD
activity with the subcontractors.
7) Provide Procurement and Subcontract Management support for other work
Tasks outside the current WLSP when required.
8) Provide support for Third Party Tech Data Requirements.
Provide Subcontract Management Support for DOD Classified/Secret Military
Programs
Total subcontracts responsibility $200+ Million (Contract types: CPFF and FFP) Maintenance, construction subcontracts, and equipment purchases
Provided the focal point for all contract issues/coordination between the
Boeing Homeland Security and Services and a Major OEM of Explosive
Detection System, and Explosive Trace Detection Machines, and Conveyor
Equipment Manufacturer in support of the TSA-Homeland Security Department
Program
Provide coordination and management direction to the procurement team in
support of this effort.
Acted as the SM&P IPT Team Leader for the SE USA Region in support of the TSA
Program.
Total subcontracts responsibility $50 million (Contract types: FFP) Aircraft Maintenance, and modifications, and spares
Provided Contract Management/Administrative support for two major
contracts with Boeing and Aeronavali, Italy for Passenger to Freighters
aircraft conversions and the maintenance of MD10/MD11 aircraft.
Provided Contract Management/Administrative support for the Aircraft
Maintenance Checks for the MD10 aircraft at Aeronavali, Italy.
Provided Contract Management/Administrative support for the procurement
of major components (i.e.; Cargo loading systems, Courier Modules, and
Floor Panels) in support of the aircraft conversion program.
Responsible for developing a new marketing plans in
Europe for aerospace metal/composite bonding products, and FAA aircraft
engine overhaul/repair services.
Total subcontracts responsibility $10million (Contract types: FFP) Aircraft Production parts
Responsible for the procurement and management of transferring over 2, 000
aircraft parts/assemblies from MDC-Columbus, Ohio, facility and the MDC
-Torrance, California facility to MDC-Melbourne, Arkansas.
Responsible for the development of an MDC aircraft supplier base in
Arkansas.
Responsible for the procurement and management of the DC-10/MD-11, MD-80
/MD-90 Landing Gear Assemblies, along with the off-loading of major
aircraft assemblies in support of the MDC Off Set Program.
Total subcontracts responsibility $50 million (Contract types: FFP) Aircraft Production assemblies (Flight surfaces, Panels, Rudders, Winglets)
Represented McDonnell Douglas Corporation at Alenia in Naples, Italy.
Provided management and coordination support between Douglas-LB and
Alenia in resolving; contract, schedule, manufacturing, engineering,
planning, and quality issues.
Provided all the necessary support in expediting production line
shortages, AOG’s, and spares shipments.
Source selected and qualified new MDC suppliers in Italy and through out
Europe.
Negotiated and contracted with a freight forwarding company to ship all
MDC Air Freight from Italy to the USA and to all other Airline customer
destinations.
Total subcontracts responsibility $200 million (Contract types: FFP) Aircraft Production assemblies (Nose Section, and Cargo doors)
Represented the Material Division at the Program Office for all
subcontracts placed in the PRC.
Provided budgetary reports, staffing plans, and subcontract status for
all existing and new subcontracts in the PRC to senior management.
Total subcontracts responsibility $1.5 billion (Contract types: FFP) B1B Aircraft Production assemblies (Fueslage)
Responsible for the procurement and contract administration of the Aft
/Aft Intermediate Fuselage, along with the flight-test instrumentation in
support of the B1B Program.
Prepared and negotiated various change proposals in support of the B1B
Program.
Represented the Program Business Management Dept. in the financial
administration of two nuclear/chemical-processing programs
Provided scope, budget, and schedule information in the preparation of
fiscal year budget submittals, program plan and the master program schedule
in
