Network Support
 Administering and configuring Cisco Nexus 7000 Core Switch, Cisco Catalyst 6500/4500 Distribution Switch and Cisco Catalyst 3500 edge switch.
 Installing, managing and configuring of Cisco Routers and Cisco Unified Communication System (CUCM, CUE, CME) IP Telephony.

 Configure, manage and upgrade Wireless Access Points (Device - any vendor).
 Mounting, positioning, calibrating, labeling and diagnose Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) all items of equipment. Route cables trough roof spaces, cavity walls and support structures and position and terminate cables (Coaxial BNC Cable), wire and strappings. Test the equipment and diagnose faults. Maintain and adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentation. Make connection to the system for alarm monitoring.
 Creates daily documented reports of work accomplished of all Staff during the day.
 Hands on experience in communications circuits and datacenter equipment installation/troubleshooting like cables, racks, servers, etc.
 Perform advanced monitoring and reporting related to network systems. Analyze network traffic patterns, system logs, and audit files for compliance with security policies. Maintain documentation related to the organization’s network, network security management systems, procedures and administrative stats reports.

Server/Desktop Support
 Administering server Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 and managing, configuring the data integrity of Active Directory and MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010. Installing and Configuring Servers AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS (FTP & Web Server), Sharepoint Server, WSUS, Anti-Virus, backup servers in the corporate network.
 Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems.

 Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system and applications software.
