Duties and Responsibilities:
• Improved quality assurance procedures to minimize errors and increase effectiveness of inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Documented physical and chemical properties of materials before during and after completing standardized tests.
• Reviewed supplier proposals and materials and provided ongoing monitoring to maintain consistent supplies.
• Gathered and organized samples to use in third-party testing evaluated results and reported on findings to optimized materials choices.
• Evaluated field materials like aggregates, reinforcement, cement to assess compliance with established specifications.
• Set up and management of regional Laboratories facilities; including procurement of Laboratory equipment and registration and dissemination of assets.
• Prepare schedule testing of materials and evaluate the results as per specification, to support in acceptance of the project.
