• Successfully managed Installation of New Shearing Machine capable of cutting 0.4 until 2.0 mm. stainless steel sheets; 4 units 5 toners monorail chain hoist with structural foundation; 3 units 10 toners over head crane from MHE Demag Phil.; 30 units stainless steel forming machine.; 2 units overhead crane 1.5 toners from MHE Demag; 4 units mirror finish polishing machine for pipes; 4 units 3 toners air condition machine; and 30 dust collector for forming machine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for overseeing facilities and machine maintenance meant for Connell Specialty Steel corporation, Bulacan Plant, Colwin, Dagatdagatan Plant, MCC Stainless Steel Corporation, Malabon Plant, Sanyo Seiki Stainless Steel Corporation and Balut Navotas Plant.
• Spearheaded QA/QC in the production of stainless steel pipes and tubes, administered test protocol and report development for validations, devised inspection and process control procedures, whilst ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Formulated and implemented preventive maintenance program, organized technical qualification of electrical and mechanical contractors and failure analysis for manufacturing support and supplier process improvement.
• Rendered monthly report pertaining to production output, yield reports, material supply inventory, maintenance cost and machine efficiency for the entire plant, hence reported directly to the Vice-President of the company for further corrective measures.
• Aided in the company’s complaint and failure investigation process, thus regularly reported faults by means of appropriate tools and carried out internal quality/ external supplier audits in accordance with organizational aspirations.
• Provided training on basic statistical and engineering principles to the team members, hence improved overall work performance of employees to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
