Responsible for updating and maintaining the Organizational charts
Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the Job Description Database
Manage CV database and prepare regular reports
Make arrangements for candidates’ assessments
Ensure complete arrangements for all types of interviews, including face to face, telephonic interviews
Liaises with recruitment agencies, if required, for sourcing profiles
Ensure the complete the documentation process before the issuance of Employment Offer
Coordinate with the relevant functions for joining formalities
Responsible to organize and execute Onboarding programs for the new joiners
Measure and report effectiveness of Induction & Orientation programs
Manage Probation evaluation process
Creation of different periodical reports including, WPM, KPI, CV, and other reports
Assist TAR Manager in functions/activities related to Talent Retention
Comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS requirements in applicable job areas / functions
Facilitates a smooth and seamless on-boarding process for all newly hired employees
Resolve in a timely fashion any delays or obstacles in the on-boarding process, including reminders to the new hires and requesting any missing information
Preparing logistics for employee before the on-boarding process (IT Request, Vehicle Requests, Company Mobile Issuance, Company Camera)
Scheduling and coordinating Safety Induction request for newly joined Staff/employees
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Coordinating with HO for Visa requirement for successful candidates
Opening & maintaining employee file (201 file)
Opening of Bank accounts for new Staff for Payroll purposes
Preparing Salary Certificate & NOC request
Coordinate and assist with Immigration documentation for Staff RPs, Family RPs and Work visa
Monitoring the Resident Visa processing for all employees, scheduling Medical & Fingerprinting Appointment
Coordinate and assist with Traffic Department documentation for Driving school admission and Driving License conversion.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Remain as the HR contact person in the Project for PRO issues
Preparing document Transmittal (Incoming & Outgoing Transmittals)
Assisting all employee HR related request
Reporting to the Sr. HR Officer & HR Manager
Assisting recruitment process ( phone screening, pre-employment requirements, scheduling interviews )
Support customers for any Microsoft Office issue specially on a Mac Computer
Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet
Repairs Microsoft Office applications via remote access once corrupted | Mac
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
