• Reporting directly to Group Chief Financial Officer in Madrid Spain
• Intercompany accounts reconciliation with South East Asian and European business
controllers to ensure accurate intercompany book entries
• Treasury and General Accounting Management
• Monitors all bank accounts and investments worldwide
• Updates Taxation local and international to meet the existing tax laws in different areas
• Weekly and Monthly management report including legal issues
• Analyses of monthly and annual cash flow forecasts and cash flow planning to ensure
subsidiaries has cash available as and when it requires it with no unexpected shortages
• Gather, challenge & validate all value-drivers (number of users, traffic, price per minute)
provided by Marketing/Commercial department in order to forecast the gross margin per line
of business (Budget/Forecast)
• Analyse deviations between actual and forecasted performance of the Gross Margin
(Revenues and Direct Cost) of the Business unit and makes recommendations towards HO
Business Controlling
• Develop & maintain value simulation tools that will be used for pre- or post-validation of the
initiatives (offers, promotions) launched within marketing
• Ensure compliance with finance policies
