1.Receiving employee request for vacation, and resignation
2. Checking their files and contract to be aware of what rights they have and what the procedure to be followed in each case.
3. Checking dates of vacation if due or not, how many days the employee is entitled for paid days as per contract and how many unpaid days he\she wants, each number of unpaid days needs specific signature as per company matrix.
4. Preparing SMF ( staff movement form )
5. Entering each employee vacation details using Ivision and ERP
6. Following up employees E/R (Exit re-entry Visa) validation date and the validation date of their
Iqamas as well.
7. Preparing purchase order of ticket for each employee.
8. Calling each employee for their ticket reservation.
9. Communicating with ticketing office to provide each employee the flight he\she wants.
10. Preparing needed papers to be given to payroll for employee annual vacation payment
11. Flight bookings, sales, revalidation, rebooking, upgrading and refund.
12. Issuing tickets according to IATA regulations.
13. Reservations, Fare Quotes Recalculation of fares and reissuing/rerouting of tickets
14. Preparing Travel orders as per employee destination.
15. Communicating with the travel agency.
