• Involved in all areas of the investment process such as commercial and financial due diligence, articulating the business case via presentations to the investment committee, arranging bank financing, structuring, developing management equity plans, and liaising with M&A, legal, financial and other advisor's

• Carry out employee appraisal for all permanent staff working in the investment group.
• Mentor and lead junior team members (associates and analysts) through the process
Developing financial models based upon the information & related assumptions obtained from deals/transactions received, and testing /verifying such from independent economic & marketing research data & variables
Developing financial projections and valuation models

Articulating & negotiating Terms Sheets, conditions, and structures of prospective transactions including related equity and/or financing instruments & options.
Negotiating NDAs, Engagement & related agreements with deal/transaction sponsors & originators

Prepare & negotiate scope(s) of services and related agreements with Due Diligence firms/consultants.

• Organizing and evaluating revenue and expense data from financial statements, creating detailed financial models of various financing structures and preparing business plans for potential projects using NOI, , IRR, PV and NPV valuation models.
• Preparing valuation estimates using various different types of valuations used in investment practice such as DCF, DDM, PE based, EV/EBITDA.

• Drafting research reports on GCC companies and assessing economic trends and providing strategic reviews after analyzing the profitability of investment in bonds, equity, funds, IPO’s, PPM, etc and providing strategic reviews.
• Keeping abreast with market, corporate and economy and trends pertinent to investments advising financial analysts on investment timing and buy-and-sell orders.
• Devised business development strategies for GCC region supported by financial analysis and reported on stock’s fundamentals and future prospects.
