• Supervise the production and delivery of precast elements in relation to the overall requirement of the projects.
• Maintain and update production programmes, report and records.
• Maintain and secure the daily casting programmes.
• Follow the specifications of shop drawings.
• Distribute manpower assignment and relevant instructions.
• Oversee the production operation and ensure that the workers follow the instructions and correct production methods.
• Identify the need and raise the purchase requisition for all production materials and see to it that these materials are stored properly at the factory storage.
• Provide necessary trainings to the supervisors and workers periodically on safe operations and maintain the documents.
• Ensure all the subordinate employees and workers are inducted on operations and make them competent to do their job and maintain the documents.
• Properly storage of the produced elements at the stockyard.
• Conduct mould and panel inspection in accordance to the approved shop drawing and ensuring panel quality prior delivery to the project site.
• Coordinate production drawings to all site Staff involve in the project.
• Ensure that the key dates are achieved for the preparation of inspection, test plan and Checklist.
• Conduct daily inspections in order to monitor and verify ongoing activities comply with approved shop drawings and ITP’s.
• Inspect and record delivery to site construction activities in order to ensure these meet requirements.
• Coordinates with the site people for what they needs.
• Ensures activity works are implemented in compliance with specifications.
• Interfaces with consultants for approval of quality standards.
• Advices Foreman in the absence of Site Engineer when required.
• Advises on-site and non-staff employees on all safety and quality policies.
• Ensure that the key dates are achieved for the preparation and submission of material transmittal, quality procedures, and method of statement, inspection, test plan and Checklist.
• Inspect and record materials and equipment delivered to onsite construction activities in order to ensure these meet requirements specified in the contract.
• Coordinates with Safety Officer on quality and safety procedures.
• Recommends and implements appropriate procedures to implements quality standards.
• Trains employees on quality practice when required.
• Ensures construction works are implemented in compliance with materials specifications.
• Interfaces with consultants for approval of quality standards.
• Takes construction site photographs on a daily basis.
• Advices Foreman in the absence of Site Engineer when required.
• Assist in coordination and supervision of precast elements.
• Supervision of installation works, checking of alignment & correctness of works done by the sub-contractor as against on the designs, approved drawings & specification.
• Off-site re-assignment for GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) fabrication.
Handles coordination with the GRC sub-contractor regarding priority of production and delivery schedule.
Conduct mould and panel inspection in accordance to the approved shop drawing and ensuring
Panel quality prior delivery to the project site.
• Supervised project activities in coordination with subcontractors, if within the frameworks schedule, specification & comply the construction drawings.
• Supervise work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of works hours, overtime and incentives schemes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling material wastage; and
• Plan, lead and control junior staff.
• Maintain records of any extra works undertaken to ensure company billing covers any additional cost.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position, w/c the company may from time to time reasonably direct.
• Supervise concreting works and masonry works.
• Coordinate drawings to all site Staff involve in the project.
• Evaluate/Inspect work accomplishment reports.
• Supervises civil works construction, installation & fabrication and sees to it that these are accomplished in accordance with the details, specification and on time.

• Preparation of materials take-off and weekly reports based on completed scope of works.
• Conduct project site investigation and inspection.
• Conduct actual field measurement.
• Prepare production drawing of precast for implementation.
• May make recommendation when problems arise during installation.
• Supervise fabrication and erection of precast concrete.
• Interprets and clarifies design to general foreman.
• Responsible for the over- all day to day supervision of project.
• Develop final construction plans that show the building’s appearance as well as details for the construction;
• Receiving & transmitting all Information regarding construction;
• Prepare drawings and present ideas for the client to review;

• Make necessary changes throughout the planning process;

• Checking all documents of contractor (Method of Statements, Health & safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Control) should match & compliment to the contract specifications;
