-Great guests, visitors and employees in a smiling and welcoming manner typically to ensure exceptional service and affirmative work atmosphere. -Open and close vehicle doors for guests arriving or departing the premise. -Assisting with loading and unloading of luggage and performing other duties.
-Driving vehicle to the specific spot in valet parking lot, securing and noting the space the- vehicle is parked on valet tag and log, returning the tag and keys/remotes to the valet key booth. -Following proper safe driving procedures and safety protocol. -Ensure every vehicle has been locked while in parking and inspect the outer body of every vehicle to note any dent on the ticket. -Support customers promptly as well as courteously in valet checkout and check in. -Respond to all guest inquiries and resolve complaints or any unforeseen issues accordingly. -Ensure high level of client service plus satisfaction is accomplished.
