* My role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the ICT Department in alignment with the business objectives of MRI and the associated companies..
* Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the ICT Department.
* Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the whole organizations.
* Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
* 2006: Managed a collaborative team to develop a logical and staged approach that covers entire Linux/Open Source Migration process, from initial planning through implementation, training and support. Succeed to save more than $100, 000 in buying proprietary software lisences by using open source software.
* 2007: Accomplished in 1 month to cut the cost of phone communications up to 70% with VOIP usage.
* Worked directly with Director of this coal mining consulting & trading company to create a concept of IT infrastructure foundations and build it.
* Achieved alignment between business and IT organization with striking a balance of these areas: technology, people & process.
* Worked directly with CEO PT. JJN - “communication & digital art” company - to create and continue expanding company’s business strategy.
* Monitored & summarized progress of web & multimedia projects.
* Managed Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Analytics (WA) to improving the volume and quality of traffic to clients' web site from search engines as a part of marketing strategy.
* Conducted quality control implementation in web, multimedia & video post-production.
* 2003-2004: Undertook an assessment of Adaro’s (PT. Adaro Indonesia, 2nd largest coal miners in Indonesia - adaro.com) existing infrastructure within ITIL approach and had to justify & comply implementing Pit to Port® system with management of IS/IT investment. Pit To Port is a fully integrated Mining Supply Chain Management which allows mining, preparation plant, management and marketing personnel to monitor quantity and quality of raw and washed coal, from any bulk commodity through the whole chain of operation from mining ('pit') to loading of the vessel ('port').
* Held key responsibility in leading web & multimedia development team (webmaster), with some clients are:
- adaro.com (2nd largest coal producers in Indonesia)
- syariahmandiri.co.id (Indonesia's 1st largest Islamic bank)
- pt-spv.com (one of the largest producers of cellulose fibers world-wide)
- etc
* Designed & programmed multimedia solution (action scripting) and database system.
* Maintained web hosting servers and also LAN/WAN connection.
* Succeed creating a highly entertaining POND’s Institute cosmetic video game introducing their products to consumers, the game was implemented in Flash Technology in only 2 weeks.
* Together with Ogylvi & Mather, made a puzzle game for WWF Indonesia (wwf.or.id) as an internet viral marketing to promote "Earth Day: Save The Planet" on April 22, 2001.
* Programmed web applications using DHTML, ASP, PHP and Javascript. Created database programming on web projects and Content Management System (CMS).
* Helped senior developer to create web and multimedia programming module.
* Wrote computer system procedure specifications and user manuals.
