PLANNING & STRATEGIZING:
• Strategize and plan digital and ATL campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
• Identify and segment target audience for efficient marketing campaigns.
• Optimize running campaigns accordingly to guarantee higher ROI and achievement of KPIs.
• Plan quarterly marketing budgets and activities in collaboration with the COO.
OPTIMIZATION:
• Work with operation managers to enhance customer experience during store visits.
• Work closely with vendors to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
• Ensure effective branded marketing communications, including updating the brand’s website, social media platforms, press releases, print communications, and advertising.
• Build and accentuate the brand’s digital presence in the UAE.
• Track and monitor success metrics of digital campaigns using various analytics tools. Suggest improvements for upcoming campaigns accordingly.
MANAGEMENT:
• Create, develop, and execute marketing initiatives in line with overall brand Marketing and Communications strategy.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Liaise with third parties, such as PR, creative agencies, mall management, and publications.
• Manage collaborations with influencers, including product-seeding and promoting new product range launches.
-Developing good relationships with media agencies, mall management, and third party suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of all marketing initiatives, activities and strategy.
-Actively managing online channels such as websites and social media platforms.
-Supervise and coordinate the implementation of -marketing initiatives and ensure they are aligned with the marketing plan and budgets.
-Evaluation and reporting of all activities, and ensuring documentation is prepared in a timely fashion.
- Optimizing workflows with all involved parties to ensure deadlines are met.
-Deliver content creation for various online and offline media (Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Web.)
-Produce management, summary and ROI reports when necessary.
