• Responsible for achieving store’s sales growth, sales forecasting.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels by periodic or daily merchandise replenishment
• Monitors store inventory.
• Proposes merchandise orders.
• Maintains a customer service oriented operation.
• Contains minimal inventory shrinkage, by conducting periodic stock checking and reporting of items received with damage or with discrepancy.
• Ensures all reports such as sales, inventory and purchase are submitted in compliance to the company’ designated time.
• Monitors and maintains proper store cleanliness, appearance and maintenance as per company guidelines.
• Engages in sales work, reconciliation of cash, supervising stock-taking activities, pricing, showroom lay-out & display, keeping & preparing records & reports as prescribed by the company.
• Monitors customer against sales flow.
• Handles Customers’ Complaints when the Store Manager/ Retail-Sales Manager are not available.
• Approves discounts as per company policy when the Store Manager/ Retail-Sales Manager
- Managing daily sales floor operations to deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strenghthens the brand.
- Monthly reporting of retail sales goals, objectives and related issues to manager - work directly with the store manager to ensure the achievement of target.
