 Assigning Technicians accordingly required work requested on job card to Diagnosing.
 Updating / Tracking of information with respect to department man power.
 Issuing and receiving the applicable reports to the mechanics and acknowledgements.
 Taking the managements approval on behalf of explanation and Documentation.
 Maintaining tracks of Ongoing and Scheduled Work Requested.
 Preparing Estimations Required for Insurance, Outside Clients, Projects Etc.
 Producing daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports with respect to the work completion and pending jobs in the workshop.
 Ensure quality and safe work and timely delivery of Equipment’s and machineries.
 Oversee the Maintenance schedule and responsibilities for ensuring all machineries and equipment’s are running effectively.
 Coordinate between workshop and stores for required materials for maintenance.
 Tracking error code, diagnose and fuel consumption using system :

Job responsibility:
✓ Obtain information from the customers as to the requested or needed work.
✓ Discus repair with customers.
✓ Determine and communication the repair needed for company fleet in order to maintain the fleet for maximum equipment life and minimal downtime, coordinate, prioritize and schedule fleet repair and inform customers of progress of the work.
✓ Record the appropriate information about the unit into the computer system and print out work order. Track customers rental trucks and gives estimates on repairs needed. Informs rental customer the sates of the unit in our yard with a soared sheet that update weekly.
