Job responsibility
• Establish the scope of the project, refine the objectives and define the course of action
• Create WBS define activities and develop Master Schedule for the Project with resource and cost allocation.
• Preparation of Micro level program for Engineering, Procurement, Production and Installation covering the entire scope considering all constraints.
• Preparation of weight factor for major WBS activities to establish the planned monthly progress and the S curve for the project earned values analysis.
• Tracking, reviewing and regulating the project progress phase wise to meet the process performance coordinating with stakeholders .
• Weekly production plan preparation as per the Micro level program and as per the Project priority.
• Weekly project and production meeting to set priorities, ensure phase wise performance as per project master and production schedule
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, performance reports, forecasts, checklists and red flags.
