• Co-coordinating on testing methods which includes Incoming material inspection,
In process inspection and Final inspection of all production activities.
• Prepare appropriate testing procedures for inclusion in work method statement, Work Instructions, SOP’S & Maintenance Schedule.
• To ensure that agreed inspection and testing procedures are satisfactorily carried out.
• To ensure proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all testing equipment.
• To ensure all specified standards are available for reference and their requirements observed.
• Management representative and certified Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 (OHSAS) Standards.
• Conduct Daily routine tests of Electrical testing on water heater as per IEC 60335-2-21 requirements including High voltage test, Insulation resistance, Leakage Current & Ground continuity test and documentation.
• Conduct laboratory tests in compliance to SASO Standards of GSO 1858 and 1859.
• Inspection and performance test of Solar Water Heaters & Heat Exchangers as per Approved Design Calculations in addition to the Client requirements.
• Inspection of each and every process of central Water heaters and Calorifiers as per requirement.
• Coordinate for root cause analysis, CAPA & documentation.
• Support R&D department for design and development of new technologies and products.
• Leaded to Implement and control 5s principles in the Organization.
• To report to the General Manager for any nonconformity
NEM Engineering Projects Pvt limited is an esteemed company in construction, under L&T, NEM EPPL have taken fabrication and erection of sinter plant in TATA STEEL Kalinganagar Orissa Mega project. This plant is constructed across 2500 acres of land initially and crossing above 3500 acres at final.
Role:
•Review and preparation of quality plans, quality procedures and inspection test plans in accordance with the applicable engineering standards.
•To assist in preparation of method statements and technical work instruction related to various Structures, Equipment’s and all fabrication and Erection jobs.
•Constructing Inspection & Test Plan in manner to scrutinize and evaluate all the construction activities.
•To monitor welder performance and conduct visual inspections of welds and repairs of Welds in accordance with company procedures and international codes of practice.
•Maintain an inspection log during construction activities to keep the project management representative well informed of all QA/QC activities including potential violation to the requirement to the contract.
•Provide guidance and support to the project sub-contractor QA/QC as needed to assure the effective implementation to the project goals.
•Ensure the welding is carried out as per Approved WPS.
•Coordinate (NDT) activities and review of PT, UT, RT, MPT reports.
•Responsible for the execution of all mechanical works prior to the client acceptance.
•Implementing the quality control procedures and mechanical test (QCP/ITP) as per site
Work instruction required (SWI).
•Issuance of non -conformance report and ensure that corrective action taken.
