• Site survey for project feasibility, DCS designing, installation.
• DCS Site designing development, programming, commissioning and handover
• Commissioning of instruments and updating the client requirement in DCS.
• Third party system integration with DeltaV DCS system using Modbus DP and serial communication.
• Software design using P&ID and configuration and programming using control narratives and logical diagram.
• Configure and calibrate instrumentation, including level, pressure, flow, temperature and connecting to the DCS system.
• Maintaining the DCS documents and DPR.
• Participate in the testing and startup of the process equipment, instruments and DCS system to ensure the DCS system monitors and controls the equipment as intended.
• Train operations personnel on the use, maintenance and troubleshooting of the DCS system hardware, software and installation.
• Participate in Site progress meeting and communicating with customer for query resolution and updating as per the updated requirement.
• Participate in QA/QC activities for both the design deliverables produced by the design team.
• Supporting for IQ, OQ, Providing Training to clients technical and operators personals.

• Participate in QA/QC activities for both the design deliverables produced by the design team and the code developed by the controls team.
