Working as HSE Manager with Ocean Oil Field in Harmariya Free zone Sharjah Ship yard facility .
I have been working with JandP overseas as project HSSE manager since last 21 months In Al Makthum International Airport project SP 723. it is 650 Million Dhs prooject it was included infrastcture, building, and MEP and underground utility services .
In charge of HSE dept . for THOE's world Island Operation
coordinating with client and consultant in project, conduting and appointing sub contactors, ectc
Implementing and adopting HSSE management system
To Identify and Report to higher Management about the day to day implementation of HSE system and monitor and control the all its elements to achieve high standard Safety.
To advice the Higher Management and execution team about the HSE requirements to meet high quality Health and Safety standards.

o Preparing daily site inspection based on the site observations
o Conducting Tool box talk meeting and BBS training to work force and staff
o Marinating PPE store and arranging adequate PPE as per site requirements
o Induction, Tool Box talk, BBS training in on site etc..
