Greeting and assisting airline customers in a polite and courteous manner
Handles walk-ins, incoming calls, emails, faxes and telexes from trade partners and internal parties.
Perform single and group bookings as requested.
Make accurate airline quotation according to airline tariff structure for the routing, class of service and application of loyalty program discounts when applicable.
Makes and confirms flight, limousine, and shuttle reservations.
Handles all cash and credit card transactions in the purchase or refunds of tickets.
Generates and sends daily sales report to Finance for revenue monitoring purposes.
Introduces frequent flyer program esp. Asia Miles and Macro Polo to potential clients.
Monitors pre and post flight functions and updates flight reports.
