At ADIB, I relaunched its presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram by updating the social media and content strategy and revamping the content published on these channels; applying an effective and efficient Always-On advertising strategy, and evaluating the results on monthly basis relying on detailed reports.

In addition to the accounts mentioned above, I launched ADIB's Twitter customer support dedicated channel after training social media moderators on how to use platforms such as Tweetdeck and Meltwater Engage and how they should listen and assist each customer and/or potential customer. As a result, ADIB ranked the first in terms of response time and social devotion among its competitors in UAE and the region according to Socialbakers. I'd like to highlight that I transformed ADIB from a brand that used to respond selectively to a brand that listens carefully to conversations about it in specific and conversations about the industry in general. Therefore, ADIB became a pro-active brand on social media and not just reactive like the majority of its competitors.

Moreover, I launched ADIB's Snapchat account after a thorough study to the market and its needs.

My responsibilities weren't limited to setting the strategies at ADIB. I handled the launching process, and the evolution of all the channels; in addition to managing an entire team that existed of social media community managers, designers, and copy writers.

Not forgetting to mention that I established the social media guidelines and policies which was used by the HR to raise awareness among employees and protect the organizations and its employees.
