 Responsible for end to end recruitment for both clients and internal hiring.
 My role is to identify qualified business opportunities and convert them into clients for Recruitment services.
 Responsible for Achieving teams monthly revenue targets.
 Managing 10+ clients on day to day basis.
 Experience in recruiting professionals across various Levels(Executive to Management)
 Extensively utilized job portals like Bayt, Naukri Gulf, Monster Gulf, Google, LinkedIn and Head Hunting to source candidate
 Responsible for Screening, Qualifying, Cold Calling and coordinating face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, coordination of feedback, effective client management & the offer process
 Coordinating with Client for feedback, preselling candidates, scheduling interviews, and getting more new requirement.
 Prepare employee contracts and supplier agreements as and when required.
 Seek security approvals, reference checks and joining formalities for new employees.
 Carry out any other ad hoc duties to support the HR Department or when requested by the HR Manager
 Brief knowledge of UAE Labor law.

 Play leading role in office space management, including the anticipation of office space needs and managing office moves.
 Serve as contact person for employees and vendors regarding office operations.
 Managing petty cash as per the company policies and procedures.
 Coordinate flight and hotel bookings.
 Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time.
