• Involve in the start-up and commissioning of the Factory.
• Responsible and supervising the production and sanitization of Industrial areas e.g. Burger Line, Marinated Line, Cold Cuts (Sausage) Line and Breaded (Nuggets) Line.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and ensure the smooth operation of the sanitization equipment with the coordination of supplier. Familiar with sanitation equipment and cleaning tools.
• Supervise and doing the assembling, disassembling and maintenance of all the production machines for meat processing.
• Implement the Company Policy, HSE Regulations, GMP Guidelines, Work Instructions, 5S, Quality Standards, HACCP, etc. as per BRF standards.
• Follow and Implement the Sanitization Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) in the entire Factory; provide a cleaning schedule as per area/equipment; identify the type of cleaning and chemicals to be applied.
• Conduct pre-operational monitoring check and evaluate the post sanitization activity by means of visual inspection and SWAB test.
Involve in the start and the commissioning of the production (Glass, Pet and Can Line). Effectively manage the production line for NCB (juice) and CSD to safely produce finished goods at optimum cost, wastage and quality.
• Obeying the work system, safety policies and rules, following standard operating procedures for line operation and ensure the line operates at good efficiency.
• Plan and schedule work, employees, equipment and materials to produce expected results.
• Reviews all the Production Checklists and should be carried out during operation. These are change-over, pre and start-up, during production and shutdown checklists.
• Monitors and supervises daily production activities, prepares data collection forms, checks production reports and machine’s conditions then prepares and submits the report for every production run.
• Track, record, monitor and reports M & W data related to: Net Production, Gross Production, Package Waste, Syrup Waste, Run Start-Time, Run End-Time, Stops and Breakdown Times, Event Logs
• Ensure that SAP activities are carried daily and report back any issues. These are creating Planned Order, BF and timely return of all excess packaging materials before the month end.
• Manage daily/weekly preventive maintenance tasks and change-over. Discuss and enforces the maintenance to solve production line issues.
• Prepares and updates the Operation Performance Indicators and implements the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Ensures that all GMPs, GHPs, AIB policies, Quality and Safety program related to the industry and company are implemented.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings with the production operators. Communicate to the team performance results, problems and future production schedules.
• Lead problem solving and breakdown activities.
• Direct and immediate reporting of difficulties, unusual events and problems to the direct manager.
• Manage the performance of line operators and contracted workers on the shift.
• Train and develop operators for better performance.
• Submit a weekly and monthly line performance and analysis report to management.
• Ensuring the implementation of all company rules, regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by immediate superior.
Supervise the Bottling and Can Line for Alcoholic Beverage. Ensure the implementation of all quality control procedures, working procedures for operators; machine’s operating instructions and the proper maintenance of production machines to achieve the highest level of product quality and the line operates efficiently. Implements the Company Safety policies, Rules and Regulations applied to the workers, machines and area of responsibilities.
