Sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
To ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
Review and analyze sales data to discover areas needing improvement.
Define company sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth.
Report sales plans and results to management, make recommendations for future objectives.
Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring sales & marketing strategies, plans, budgets and targets.
Leading from the front using stupendous management skills and a team leader's spirit for achieving the sales targets assigned by the management.
Holding meets with sales & marketing team on daily basis to successfully implement & monitor the marketing objectives in order to achieve the required sales targets.
Accountable for department targets & budgetary controls and reporting to the management about performance, achievements, plans, department budget, sales & industry forecasts, market trends, etc.
Conducting regular field & market visits (UAE & GCC) in order to develop relationship with customers and monitor client servicing and staff performance levels.
Reporting to Divisional Manager the job responsibilties includes the following:
1. Overall resposnibilties of marketing operations
2. Prepare annual targets and Sales Reps targets
3. Prepare marketing plan
4. Participation in MOH tenders
5. Monitor sales activities
6. Recruitment of sales force
