•Running MRP/re-order level reports with Purchasing Manager and raising POs and Work Orders accordingly
•Coordinating stock levels adjustment with warehousing
•Recommending and writing new processes/procedures to improve the business processes and ensuring Data Integrity for Master record
•Generating and preparing ad-hoc reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis in Excel and JDE
•Supporting in supply chain operations for overseas and local projects
•Lookout ways to improve existing reports, data integrity and business processes
•Importing, Exporting and Integration of Data between systems
