Managing total of 2.7 lakhs sqft warehouse with close to 400 direct distributors and 20 MT customers across
Kerala and Tamilnadu region with 5 CFA’s.
• Integrate with Customer Service and DRP to achieve high level of operational efficiency and ensure timely
delivery of orders to customers in full without any logistical failure
• To study and Plan Secondary distribution network/ Infrastructure basis Volume Progression as per OPL/MBS
to ensure achieving required service levels at minimal distribution cost without any violation of distribution
quality standards
• Complete periodic review of Customer Service Plan and route optimization in co-ordination with Customer
Service, Warehouse & Sales team to ensure optimum VFR and Compliance in transport while maintaining the
agreed service levels
• Overseeing region-wise Supply Chain operational functions at the assigned business units to include
receiving, internal distribution and delivery, warehousing, inventory and par management/replenishment,
transportation, contract implementation and conversion.
• Constant evaluation/monitoring of CFA Processes and performance - developing ideas and guidance to
support continuous improvement and operational efficiencies in both the region.
• Responsible to maximize productivity, quality, and service throughout operations by utilizing best practice
techniques in the areas of facilities layout, methods, material handling concepts, technological
enhancements, and measurements
• Monitor the progress of region’s key performance indicators (KPIs- OTD, order fill rate, VFR, Productivity,
CCA, FIFO, CSPA, Warehouse utilisation, Primary detention, Vehicle mix) monthly and conducting MOR with
team.
• Coordination with sales, Order fulfilment team, T hub and factory supply chain for the maximum execution of
Direct invoicing from factories
• Ensure proper service availability from Transporters and periodical performance review for the improvement
• Ensure proper safety and quality adherence in DC operations as per Nestle standards
• Designed the territory freight retail geography and CSP to deliver local orders in 4 hrs and upcountry orders
within 24 hrs
