Offshore & Onshore Working Experience:
•Involved in Pre-Commissioning (Loop check, functional test), commissioning, startup Activities and maintenance of Separator, Crude oil transfer pumps, PWT pumps, Well head control panel, compressor (kaeser - Screw type 2 stage), Nitrogen package.
•Involved worked in Well Head Control Panel (HSSS), Hot Loop Checked, Control Narrative Checked, cause and effect checked.
•Participate Plant Fire & Gas system like Flame detector, H2S gas detector, Open path gas detector (Daktronics -OPECLS, LS2000) Infrared Hydrocarbon Gas Detector (PIRECL), HSSD-VESDA-VFT model system, NOVAC 1230 Clean agent system, Deluge valve, smoke detectors, Semiconductor type toxic gas detector (H2S), Optical Smoke detector, MCP, Heat detector.
•Study Hazardous area classification, ESD Shut down level 0/1/1A/2/3/4, IP Protection, all Instrument as per Zone classification. Working on Yokogawa Centum -VP (Hart & Foundation field bus) system, SIS-prosafe ESD -Interlock system for fire & gas.
•Hands on Experience with Plant Resource manager (PRM) for checking healthiness of field instruments from remote location. Partial Stroke Test using Valve link Software for critical valves. By PRM Take valve Signature and RAMP test of Control valve.
•Configure of Guided wave radar level transmitter (magnetrol, Endress Hauser) in PRM by checking ECHO CURVE
•Servicing, calibration and testing of valve positioner as well as control valve of fisher and flow serve.
•Involved Loop checking of all the field instruments like PT, TT, FT, LT, Control valves, on-off valves and all kind of Switches
•Trouble shooting of foundation Field bus and Hart Application Devices.
•Able to understand the Instrument diagram like P&ID, ILD, cause and effect and hook up Diagram
•Familiar with System of Yokogawa CENTUM VP, Yokogawa PROSAFE- RS
•Performed Calibration, Pre-Loop Check, Hot loop check, Pre-Commissioning, commissioning activities
•Install new RTU after Termination all Connection and Doing Hot loop Check. Communicate with Control Room from Particular Platform and verified signal. Participate WHCP (Well head control panel) system all fields' instrument installation, loop Checking Interlock checking.
•Worked on local control panel study ladder logic of control panel. Doing trouble shooting during signal problem
•Involved worked in Well Head Control Panel, PDHMS, MPFM
•MOV configuration of Different Company model like a Bernard Control, BIFFI, ROTORK.
•Clearing of QA/QC punch list items.
•Good Experience of working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, power generated at Offshore and Onshore.
•Involved in erection and commissioning, online Maintenance of continuous process plant, Regular preventive Maintenance jobs, Plant Shutdown & Start-up jobs, also Installation Calibration & Maintenance of Instruments, Fault Diagnosis, Trouble Shooting of control panels, electronic & Pneumatic instruments such as Transmitters, Controllers, Indicators, Converters, Recorders, Switches and Control Valves etc.
•Familiar with Emerson Delta V system, P&I Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagram, Logic Diagram based on Boolean, Function Blocks etc.
Installation, checking and troubleshooting of instrumentation & Control System in process.
•Calibration, Inspection, Loop checking, Troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, Interlock checking of various types of SMART, Electronic Process control Instruments installed in different types of rotary and static equipment, tanks, and compressors.
•Calibration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of compressor Instruments which included checking of Solenoid Valves, Pressure Switch, RTDs, Thermocouples, Fire & Gas system etc.
•Good experience of working on various electronics & pneumatic process control instruments used for pressure, flow, level & temperature, viz.
•Good knowledge of understanding of P&ID Diagram, loop drawing, sequence logic, relay logic, electrical diagram.
•Having good work experience in Commissioning, Pre-Commissioning and Maintenance Works.
•Distributed control system integrates the PLCs and process controllers of a process line into a coordinated, interactive system. It enables you to manage the process as a complete system, with control over the interrelationship of the various subsystems.

Control System
•Having good command to work on PLC, DCS, Fire & Gas System (Safe Guard ABB). I have performed Loop Checking, Cause & Effect Checking, Loop Modification and Troubleshooting on PLC (Allen Bradley, Foxboro Invensys ESD, Tricon),
•Calibration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of compressor Instruments which included checking of Solenoid Valves, Pressure Switch, RTDs, Thermocouples, Fire & Gas system etc.
General Instruments
•Possesses sound command on Pneumatic Instruments as well as Electronic Instruments like Differential Pressure, Level, Temperature Flow Transmitter, Control Valves, Controllers, Pressure, Temperature, and Flow & Level Switches. Turbine, Magnetic & Vortex flow meter, Micro Motion Flow meter, Load Cell and mov.
•Well versed to calibrate & configure the smart series Instruments with HART and Handheld Communicator. Also possess good knowledge about the workshop calibration Instruments.
Fire & Gas Instruments
•Possess good experience of working on F&G Instruments like open path (GDIR, FDI) IR/UV Flame Detector, Manual Call Points, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Liner Heat Detectors for Sounders(siren) and Beacon, hydrocarbon detectors like GDF and toxics detectors like GTD for H2S etc.
Drawings:
•I can also read and understand P&ID's, PFD's, ILD's, Hook-up Drawings, and Loop Drawings & Loop Philosophies. Startup Sequence, FLD, Cause & effects.
