• Responsible for timely completion of tenant fit out requirements for both F& B and non F & B unit.
• Responsible for end to end operations from time of unit handover to the tenant till the completion of fit out with in the specified time.
• Maintain a proper track of all the correspondence with the tenant from the initial unit handover email till the till the final completion with all the progress of the project at all stages.

Other major projects include the “Theatre of Digital Arts @ Souq Madinat Jumeirah” - the first of its kind digital arts in UAE, “ Robotics Lab @ Jumeirah Emirates Towers ” - fully equipped robotics lab, “ Aero TFT@ JBR ” - sophisticated flight simulator, “ Emirates NBD @ JBR”, “ Aster Clinic @ Bay Avenue” and F & B unit like McDonald’s, Shrimps Kingdom, Dickey’s BBQ, Automatic Restaurant, Texas Chicken, Maria Bonita, Meat Co are few of them.

• Responsibility includes evaluating the site thoroughly for fixing the man holes by proper trial hole to identify the underground services.
• Rerouting the required services if required by consulting with the Ministry authorities.
• Getting all the material approved for the work from the consultants. Arranging required men, materials and. machinery for the project.
• Proper dewatering had to be arranged as depth of excavation was around 7 meters.
• Coordination with the Consultants and Ministry Engineers to carry out the project as per scheduled in the Program Chart.
• Frequent site inspection planned to ensure all works are as per standards.
• Monthly preparation of invoice based on the quantity of work carried out each month.
• Detailed CCTV inspection conducted for the entire pipe line to identify any leaks and to rectify the same if any by the end of the project.
• Preparation of As built drawings during the completion of the project.

(2) Road Works including drainage works.- 4 Nos.
(i) Al Aali Road Works (ii) Al Seef Road Works (iii) Sehala Road Works (iv) Avenue 36 project

• Responsibility includes analysing the site considering the required levels as noted in the drawings and planning the initial site preparation, i.e. cutting of the existing ground or filling the area to attain the required levels.
• Providing levels on both side of the road on an interval of every 10m so that during the process of preparation of the road the levels can be checked at any time.
• Providing contingency ducts where ever required considering future use for any services.
• Getting the prepared road approved by the consultants before asphalting.
• Traffic road markings to be done as approved.
• Coordination with the Consultants and Ministry Engineers to carry out the project as per scheduled in the Program Chart.
• Frequent site inspection planned to ensure all works are as per standards.
• Monthly preparation of invoice based on the quantity of work carried out each month.
• Preparation of As built drawings during the completion of the project.


All the above mentioned works were done for the Ministry of works, Sewerage and Drainage Directorate, Ministry of Housing and Roads Directorate. In addition to this minor infrastructure works were done in BDF (Bahrain Defense Force) BAPCO (Bahrain Petroleum Company) and BAFCO (Bahrain Aviation Fuel Company)
