Coordination with: 10+ Engineers, QA/QC, Consultants, and Client Teams
• Manage the complete document lifecycle using Oracle Aconex in line with project standards
• Prepare, submit, and track submitals, RFIs, shop drawings, transmitals, and method
statements
• Maintain and update document registers for drawings, IRs, and materials
• Ensure strict version control and document traceability across all disciplines
• Coordinate documentation between engineering, QA/QC, site teams, and clients
• Monitor workflows and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Manage Aconex Mail ensuring all communications are properly logged and retrievable
• Support site teams with documentation for inspections, materials, and logistics

• Maintained QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test certificates, and safety
records
• Prepared and issued document transmittals and correspondence logs
• Assisted engineers in submittals, approvals, and documentation workflows
• Organized and maintained digital and physical filing systems
• Supported project close-out by preparing handover documentation

• Maintained inspection and calibration records for QA/QC compliance
• Assisted in preparing NCRs, inspection reports, and documentation
• Controlled document revisions and ensured proper distribution
• Maintained structured electronic and manual filing systems
