Job Duties and Responsibilities:-
* Conduct Audit Activities with various Clients, Timely Execution and Reporting.
* Monitor and Review the Accounting method and related system reports for accuracy and
completeness.
* Vouching, Reconciliation, Testing of the financial documents and files.
* Checking the arithmetical accuracy of Financial Statements through performing the functions
footing, cross footing and recalculations.
* Creating profit/loss account and balance sheet through coding methods in the e-Work papers.
* Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
* Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls
* Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by
customer type by division
* Preparation of Federal Tax returns, State tax returns and Individual Tax returns.
* Reconcile GAAP statements with Tax Statements.
* Fixed Asset tracking and Depreciation reporting with the help of Sage Fixed Asset.
* Providing basic advisory services to clients in respect of taxation.

* Understanding, Recording and Evaluating Internal Control System
* Performing Substantive Audit Procedures
* Drafting Audit Reports
* Project Studies (Feasibility Studies and Market Research)
* Conducting training sessions on auditing techniques and practices
* Meeting the prospective clients for management consultancy and/or audit assignments
* preparing deliverables such as audit reports, management letters, business review memorandums
and other expert reports
* Addressing any queries raised globally in respect of my clients

* Making a technical contribution to Assurance engagements in line with International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA);
* Vouching, Reconciliation, Testing of the financial documents and files.

Projects Highlights
Handling Day to day accounts at branch level.
* Preparing vouchers like journal/ledger/bank payment/bank receipt/cash vouchers.

* Reconcile all bank statements and monthly financial reports (All Balance sheet reconciliation).
