 Analyzing the markets and competitors for the sector concentrations.
 Contract Management prior to finalizing the orders and during construction stage.
 Forecasting the amount of investment required by the company in Financing, Manpower, Equipment’s etc. to Division Manager.
 Responsible for division budget finalizations and following up with Project Managers for Invoicing & internal Posting target achievement.
 Submission of reports and presentations to the Management with Division Manager.
