• Driving Recruitment Life Cycle activities such as identifying and understanding the requirement, applying the sources of recruitment, screening, scheduling personal interviews with concerned Department Heads, short listing the candidates, inductions, verification, offer & negotiations, and completing the joining formalities
• Assisting with day to day operations of the Recruitment functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

• Facilitating Administration services such as:
o Research different plans and vendors that would best suit employees’ needs
o Assemble and manage group health, dental, workers comp, disability and retirement benefits for all employees
o Serve as primary contact for all employees and vendors
• Streamlining off-boarding process of employees by sending request to IT for deletion of E-Mail address; coordinating with the PRO for visa cancellation; preparing experience letter and booking their repatriation ticket if applicable
• Processing and maintaining all documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications, and incident reports
• Attending client visits and meetings to maintain business relationships; procuring mandates and discussed challenges faced during Talent Search and Induction Process; providing updated reports to the client as required
• Tracking the visa and labor card expiry; updating the tracker on monthly basis for all clients; formulating letters such as Salary Certificate, Salary Transfer, Experience and various NOC Letters
• Managing the leave requests of employees and updating their leave balances on regular basis; generating monthly Headcount Reports and HR Metrics Reports
• Coordinating with the insurance company for adding and deleting employees in the medical and life insurance policy
• Creating SLA, performance dashboards on daily, weekly and monthly basis as required; preparing SOP’s
• Administered necessary travel permits, visas, flight and hotel bookings for the Engineering Team for their business trips
• Prepared monthly man-hours consumption report with respect to the projects
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Formulated Engineering Weekly Report and Manpower histogram/Workload; prepared SLA, SOP’s and performance dashboards for the entire IP Engineering Department such as Business Travel, Expense Policies, RACI Chart updates & so on
• Managed the engineering holiday planner and ensuring the discipline heads were aware of issues relating to overbooking of holidays; organized entire IT requirements for new joiners and existing team members
• Engaged in recovering company assets and flight repatriation; prepared & maintained the IP Engineering organizational chart
• Generated and provided reports to the management and HO according to Corporate Audit requirements
