Quality Plan Development & Implementation: Spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of project-specific quality plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.
Site Inspections & Monitoring: Conduct regular and thorough site inspections to monitor and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved specifications.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and address non-conformances and deviations, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and tracking corrective actions to facilitate timely resolutions.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues, ensuring a shared commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout project execution.
Record Keeping & Reporting :Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions, preparing and submitting regular quality reports to project management and clients for transparency and accountability.
Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about industry best practices, codes, and regulations to enhance quality assurance processes and promote continuous improvement across all projects.
Active Project Participation: Serve as a TPI inspector for a diverse range of projects, working closely with high-profile clients such as ENOC, Laing O’Rourke, DUSUP, SNC Lavalin, Dubai Municipality, Archirodon, VTTI Fujairah, Vopak Fujairah, SNOC (Sharjah National Oil Company), DXB Airport, and Al Maktoum Airport, ensuring compliance and quality excellence in all deliverables.

Pipeline Station Renovation: Spearheaded the comprehensive renovation of pipeline stations, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
New Pipe Rack Construction: Led the design and construction of new pipe racks, optimizing space utilization and facilitating streamlined operations across facilities. Project Monitoring and Compliance: Diligently monitored project progress, ensuring strict adherence to applicable codes and regulations, thus mitigating risks and fostering a culture of safety and quality.
