1.Plan, Organize and Execute schedule maintenance of on rental available units including off shore access areas.
2. Improving technical standards of services performed and troubleshooting in case of any breakdowns.
3. Preparing and sending material for off shore service jobs and arranging access area services.
4. Maintaining of service teams, vehicles and resources.
5. Follow up with customer and operators for meter readings where probably service not due to update in system.
6. Arranging entry permits, training, safety induction and CNIA pass for service teams with support of customers.
7. Escalation of service issues with all concern whenever required.
8. Preparing weekly and monthly reports for service dues and completion.
9. Updating next service date / hours of delivered equipment.
