As the Group Marketing and Communication Manager, my role involved promoting the entire group's branding and reputation with a special focus on the luxury retail division called Big Brands. My role involved planning and execution of advertising, public relations, social media communication and marketing, digital marketing, direct marketing, event management and sponsorships. I have also developed group website, ecommerce website and all other marketing collaterals.
Spearheaded consumer focused integrated communication campaigns to build brand and category. I have successfully implemented on-ground activities, social media and blogger engagement, and media relations.
Clients: FIAT Chrysler, Godrej Tyson, Marico Ltd, Hypercity and Airtel
Strategic communications developed for Clients included communication audit, perception audit, integrated campaigns, social media strategy, content writing and nomination for awards. I also organized roundtable discussions, social media promotion and pitch development for attracting new business. I spearheaded the learning and development program for WE India team.
