Dasman Diabetes Institute is a leading Diabetes Care and Research Institute in Kuwait working extensively on diabetic patient welfare along with world class research, recognized in many international journals and associations. At Dasman I am working with the HR Function Lead on strategic HR areas related to Organization Excellence and HR Management.
 Design and review the Career Progression Framework project through Job Assessment, Levelling, and Competency Analysis.
 Design the Job Mapping through Competency Analysis and Position Assessment and linking it to the Organization Structure.
 Prepare the HR SOP manual for all the HR processes and workflows to increase department efficiency and to meet international accreditation standards.
 Prepare the Policies and Procedures and all associated forms, based on due analysis and assessment of the work processes and flow, and in compliance with the Kuwait Labor law.
 Prepare Job Description for all positions through a detailed Job Analysis covering duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment.
 Prepare the Employee Handbook for new joiners as part of Onboarding process.
 Execute and manage the Change Management Scope including Stakeholder Analysis, Coaching, Communications, Training Needs Assessments, Employee Engagement and Resistance Management plans.
 Lead the Leadership Development and Succession Planning Program targeted to identify the potential talent and develop them through individual CDPs.
 Prepare the Compensation Review Framework for setting up the Pay Scale Structure - Salary Scales, Benefit Plans and defining Allowance brackets.
 Manage the Performance Management Process and guide the Department Managers and Employees in setting up the department and individual KPIs and set up metrics to measure their performance.
